If you are a Switching Customer, please have a bill from your current gas marketer available.
Completing the enrollment application will require the full service address and a Social Security number or Federal Tax ID number.
If you are an existing Georgia Natural Gas® customer and wish to change your price plan or transfer your service from your current address to a new address, please call us at 770-850-6200 (inside metro Atlanta) or 1-877-850-6200 (toll-free outside Atlanta) so that one of our representatives can assist you. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
